In a world constantly and rapidly on the move, the role of diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizations is vital. DEI is not only emphasized as a moral issue but further expounded on as an ability to be strategic, leading to innovation, encourages employee interaction, and being a business performance driver. However, the success of DEI initiatives depends largely on the support and commitment from organizational leadership. A shining example of this is Rami Habib, SVP & GM, Switzerland at Salesforce<\/strong>, whose role in DEI could be a preview of other leaders to follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had the privilege of meeting Rami Habib<\/strong>, SVP & GM Salesforce Switzerland, at the “Bring Women Back to Work<\/a>” booth during the Salesforce World Tour Essentials<\/a> event in Z\u00fcrich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This remarkable program, led by Vanessa Gentile<\/strong> (Head of Marketing Salesforce Switzerland), supports women looking to re-enter the technology industry after an extended career break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
